Chances are if you are viewing this site, you have made your way around the internet trying to solve one of many technological problems that you feel you may not be qualified to tackle. I've been there! I'm a professional in the technology field, and for many years I have been helping friends and family with their new age hurdles. Most of the time, these problems are something that everyone will eventually have to face, so why not have a friend out there to guide you through it. These posts will serve as a guide to some of life's more trivial frustrations. (Let's face it, we like having our computer hooked up to our TV, which is hooked up to our surround system, which is hooked up to our video recorders, which can all be controlled by our smart phones)
